games is a stress reliever but don't play games too much because it can cause bad to you. one example is you forget that your playing for many hours already and you forget to eat. now that's bad. also the radiation of the monitor, it can cause bad to your eye. don't stare near to the monitor . also don't turn the lights of when your staring at it. because it can cause headache and gives a bad health to you. adjust your monitor screen so that it can't harm much your eyes. and if so, rest your eye a little, view outside to relax your eye. just don't take too much time on playing games. because too much of it can be bad to your health.

Games are quite stress relievers, it makes you absorb into a new virtual world and you simple forget all your concerns and worries. When I was a kid, I use to love playing video games, I could play non stop and go for like 3 hours straight. I had plenty of time back then so I tried to pay as many games as possible. I also played physical games like tips or hide and seek with my friends and cousins. Now that I'm older, I'm just too busy to play video games. A good bonus would be to find games online that pay you to play! But most of the ones I've found are pretty slow earning and the games are quite boring. I still have a ps2 at home but it's just sitting there collecting dust. I'll use it one day once my senior year of high school is over and my long break hits. Just yesterday, my little cousins came over for Christmas and I played a few sport games with them and I felt so much better and happier. Once you start exercising, your brain gives off happy chemicals and it makes you less stress.
