Whats the best way to weight loss? Yes thats the thing which haunts my fellow collegues as we discuss this point often. Do we eat less to reduce weight or else starve to make it happen. Eating plain food without oil and spicy treats might do some trick, but what is your take on the issue. I dont know how and buts of weight reduce therapy?

The best way to lose weight is to not eat out and eat 3 medium size meals a day with a healthy snack in between work out 30 minutes a day. Also talk to your doctor and what foods will be good for you and what kind of works outs will work for your body. Also remember that muscle is heaver then fat so if you lost a lot of weight an then seem some weight put back on buy you have been eating right and working out then it's musle and that means to start dueling up your work out till your happy with your weight.

I don't need to mention that because to eat healthy we all know it includes vegtablea I didn't say anything about furits wither I said healthy snacks and food that is part of a good diet thy we are all taught in school some time in our life and I said to talk to your doctor to tell you what kind of dite is best for you. Not everyone needs a high and fiber diet some need low fiber high protine. That is why all people should talk to a health prossetional before going on a diet.

It is in the schools that you come to know about the best of foods
and vegetables. But in real terms when one is grown up
take to all kinds of fast food and junk. Its nothiing but spoiling
oneself. In fact high fibre diet is all the best for us and
we need to take it often.

The key to loosing weight is healthy die + exercise. There's no need to starve yourself because when you come to think of it this will only make you to gain weigh.
