My 2yrs old son does not listen to me at all and have the tendency of picking on his younger brother. Whenever I try to tell him to stop he runs to his grandma. What should I do in letting him to listen to me without me loosing my energy day and night? Please advise.

First, as you point out, why do you think he runs to grandma when you try to set him straight?
I think it is a good moment to show some straight discipline not just telling him what to do or not, if necessary show him some consequences (not violent) maybe not giving him what he usually wants, not allowing grandma to interfiere, talking to him or showing him what can happen if he harms little brother.
This is just what I can superficially tell you, I guess it would take for me to know several details to try and visualize where's this coming from.

Well the problem is that he is no longer listening and he's only 2. He understands but not talking yet. The more I tell him to stop doing that, the more he does it. I have to try to reason with him like you said without yelling at him. Afterall, he's my baby and I have to be patient with him.
