What typoon Sendong made was truly a tragic event to some of our fellow citizens here in the Philippines. I am very upset and sad because of what happened. I believe I was lucky enough that the typhoon did not hit here in our province. I could remember one time when a typhoon named Frank also had strike here in our province at Iloilo. I believe, many lives also had gone because of that typhoon. I could remember how our house was surrounded by water. The water was rapidly going in our direction. The lucky part is that the water did not come in in our house. Because we were surrounded with pond, I think the water flow down in that direction until it reached the ocean. I believe, the water came from one of our dams in Iloilo. I believe, many people now are contributing in order to help those victims of typhoon Sendong. There are lots also of celebrities, extending their help for them. I do hope I could help also. At the moment, I am just praying for them all. I do hope this will not happen again.

I would like to share that here in my province it didnt cause much damage but since no electricity and people are rare in the streets. Robbers and thieves appeared at the same time somewhere at night terrorizing stores in our main street.

Hi Kai! I just wished that the celebrities kept their assistance to Sendong victims as a secret. I wished they didnt have to say it in front of cam that whatever income they generate from this film will go to Sendong... silent generosity has become tainted. Why cant they just keep it anonymous?
