A man is suing White Castle for not being able to fit in the resturant seat. He claims that he have been buying White Castle hamburgers for over 52 years and recently they have change the decor inside the resturant with the addition of smaller seats. I find this story hilarious (lol)! Maybe if he stop eating so much hamburgers and maybe workout he should be able to fit into the seats. Let me know what you think?

This is outrageous and disgusting! If he wanted to fit in those seat he'd have to lose weight. Sounds like an angry man and that all he can think about is his food and comfort!

Well, if he is major overweight then it is his own issue, and in reality he needs to find help to be able to loose the weight and eat more healthy, but at the same time I found that a lot of the Fast Food places have done this and it makes it hard for many now to be able to get in and out of them. Because if you have Phyiscal issues getting in and out of places, or just a little bigger even it makes it hard. I think they need to relook this issue over more before more people try this as well.

It's funny. The store must prepare seat that fits him while he can eat there.

For situations like these, I often thought of Boston Legal. It's now a defunct legal and comedy shows that presents some of the surprising lawsuits I heard. I know America is a a very democratic country but sometimes, these kinds of news makes me scratch my head. I simply don't understand why someone has to file a lawsuit on things that can be sorted out with disucssion. Can somebody enlighten me?

Wow. People are sue happy these days. They sue over the most stupid things! This is crazy, I agree with you that he needs to spend his time worrying about losing some weight and not suing people because he let himself get too big. Thats his fault not theirs. But with the way the world is today I bet he will win his case which is more ridiculous!

That's messed up! It seems like everybody wants to sue other people for what they have brought on themselves...

Hmmm well maybe he could take out the food and eat it in his car or at home. He shouldn't just sue any restaurant for that, there are no rules set as to what standard seat a restaurant can have He just made fun of himself.
