I have heard that users from india has problems with PayPal. In my country they only accept Visa credit cards, but I have only Mastercard. So I cannot cashout my money to credit card. I was able to do this in Alertpay, but now they don`t allow cashouts anymore. So I solve problems with online shopings with stores that accept PayPal.
I recommend you the same. if you cannot cashout your money, try to buy some stuffs online. Its better than nothing.

Paypal is only accepting those debit/credit card which is verified by visa. Also, your card has a sign of VISA. To verify your card, you must register your card.
Following are the steps:
1. Go to your bank's card website.
2. On the menu tab, you'll see a VBV(Verified By VISA) registration.
3. Register your card.
4. After registering, a notification message sent to your email-id.
5. Then, after this try your card on Paypal.

Hello umesh9889 , make sure that you have entered the right branch code. Also make sure that the bank is compatible withe paypal account. Are you residing inside India? Then have a check in the list of paypal. I think in India some of the banks does not allow paypal . Not sure, have a deep check .
