in this economy i would open up a thrift shop people need clothes and stuff for less money do you think this is a good idea or no. if you had extra money what kind of business would you open up and why?

I would love to open a thrift shop too. But then, I'd probably buy everything there! lol Sad but true, I love to shop at thrift shops!
If I had the money, I might start an online business... It would be fun to own my own business, but I'm kind of too shy to have one where I would work with people much in real life. What a great question! :)

These days a thrift shop is a good idea, with the spending power of normal folks taking a beating. As the economy recovers, maybe you can upgrade it to a shop selling fashion which is trending at that time.
A diner, with emphasis on home cooked food, would be my choice. People need to eat and if managed properly, that business never loses customers.
