God is the reason for my living. I exist to glorify God. To live righteously and blamelessly that pleases Him. to do His will in my life. to seek peace and pursue it.
I exist for Him and Him alone.
to God be the glory.

great. you are right. but i don't consider God as number one of my life but God is the center of my life. everything in my life revolves around Him.
my life is in Him,
my strength is in Him,
my hope is in Him,
therefore I give thanks to Him gratefully.

leon3000502000, you are right, God, he is the prime. He drives us to earth for living. We should live and enjoy the shortest period in the earth .

You know what, I really don't know what am I living for at the moment. I just become clueless, and confused day by day. I am tired of thinking it, I felt like a zombie in this modern world. With out a goal, without a good purpose. And I failed so many times too.

After going through a few years of losing my parents and some close friends suddenly the meaning of life came to me, that life is so short all I want is to be happy and have no big dramas in my life, peace and serenty to me these days is a joy...I just live from one day to the next and appreciate all I have that is good.

I live to experience Life. That is what we were put on Earth for. We are both body and spirit. We can only live on Earth in a physical body, so that is why we have one. If we weren't supposed to experience what it is to be corporeal, in a body, we would only be the spiritual beings that we are when we return to the realms of Spirit, after our lives here are over.
Blessings on your journey!

I am a normal person, born to live and ultimately to die. The purpose which drives me to make most of my life is to be useful. To myself, to my family and to the whole world for that matter. I have been motivated by a modern day saint Swami Vivekananda, who said, "It does not matter what you have earned, it is what you have given that turns you into a human." Here he emphasized the difference between a man and a human. Every body is born a man (the word man embraces the word woman in this context), to be human, and being humane is greatness.

I live for my own self. I am the only daughter of my mother and father that is why there is no one I can depend to to provide my needs in the future. It is important that I will have a good education because this is my only key in reaching my goals in life.

What am I living for? I'm living for my daughter to see her grow up into a beautiful women I know she will be one day. It brings me so much joy to see her to be with her as well as any other siblings she has. I also live for the baby I just lost I like for him or her to one day be born when the time is right.

This is a actually a beautiful question..
Me, I am living for the people around me. For the people who loves and hate me. I live for God has a wonderful plan for me. Its my simple reason why I live and for whom I am living for.

Hello ajagogo, as far as I concern life is for enjoyment. We should enjoy each bit of life here in the earth as well. Once we are alone we will fed up with worst memories. SO it better to have some enjoyable memories , so that you can recall it and have a smile there in the future. We should achieve our goal, that is the only thing we should be scared off, left all other things .

I believe this question is a question that should be answered by everyone. Without a purpose of living, life would be meaningless. I think I don't really have a reason to continue living. Maybe just some false hope that my hard work will eventually get me something, or maybe that I have some hope that me and my girlfriend's relationship will one day be fruitful. Living for these false hope is my reason perhaps.
