Angry with my manager

At the beginning of my joinning into this company, our manager promised to promote me as soon as i am strong enough in dealling with different sorts of business affairs.Now, he went back on his words by forcing me to teach another flatter young man who is the so-called MR right that he really what to promote.He requested me to teach him on what abilities i have accomulated after and then i will be kicked out.
i thought myself a puppet to be used from beginning to end,and feel very angry with him ,a evil man.
What should i do ? i don't konw.

see, that how life goes inside the offices. first they appreciates you in the office and motivates you throughout your work for the shake for their own welfare and suddenly things went into the others buckets they scolds you interrupts you and makes you feel low, they order you to do the same as they did to you in the past and suddenly the entrire scence changes, i would love to kick out the kind of person if he hurts me a little longer.

yeap,leave as soon as possible before being kicked out ,maybe it is a best choice. Had enough of manager's ordering.

thank you for sharing this. it is important to know that you are still in the company. do what you have to do according to the rules there. if you're told to teach someone, do it. at times, there is no point of pursuing your anger with your manager. it is OK to feel anger, but do not pursue it. meanwhile, it is ok to look for new job. i wish you the best.

Being told to teach others is not a rule of our company and it is exclusive the responsibility of my duties. Maybe you are right , pursuing my anger is not that necessary,i should make my minds to do sth new

What?!? Oh my your boss is just using you. If I were you just start looking for other works. There is no inspiration anymore teaching someone your skills if you will get kicked later... but nothing that you can do since you still need to do it.
