I think I'm Sleepy

I always do like this and i feel even sleepy every afternoon after my lunch.But i have to overcome the sleepness.Cause i have to work.Anyway,new year is coming,i'm ready for my new year resolution and i'm gonna change a new environment for myself.Cheers.

Hi,why you force yourself to keep on computer while your body asks for rest? I think it is not right, especially you are not doing something urgent for your job or company. We all have some times force ourselves to do something even we are sleepy, sometimes it is because we need that materials tomorrow, and we have to. When the body feels tried, you should let it to rest. Though there maybe fun surf the internet, but don't do that at the cost of losing health.

I never sleep at day time. I go to bed after finishing all of my works (online or offline) and its after midnight. Its my old habit that i cant change. Have a nice time.

You know what, I felt sleepy this morning, and I couldn't hold my eyes open. I just let it shut for a moment, while I was typing, and later on, my coworker shook me awake. Gosh, I thought it was my supervisor. I simply have to go to bathroom to wash up my face.

I am a bit sleepy right now, but I need to be awake because I still have work in the next 10 minutes until tomorrow morning. I'm thinkking of making a coffee now, but I am just to lazy to get out of my room. There are times I feel like this. I want to explore more or watch a movie but I am just too sleepy to do so.

I do not force myself to surf the net, much more be at Mylot if i am sleepy. My brains will not surely function well, when i do, so i better not do it anymore.

It is important to get sleep if you need it. I have stayed up many times working online and doing things, and the next morning, I feel so exhasueted, to the point where my heart is racing and I just feel as though I am going to pass out. I will never allow myself to stay up extra extra late at night if I can help it.

why you must push your self because online?? mylot offer us for fun, so why we must push our self and can make our self did not enjoy here??

i'm sleepy even if i want to go internet or after i even wake up. I dunno. My mom says being too tired and sleepy is a bad sign everyday.

I'm also sleepy in the afternoon,especially after having lunch,so I usually don't surf the web in such moments,I prefer to have a little rest and then come back fresh and ready to explore Mylot and other interesting sites.However there are moments when the Internet is so interesting that I try to resist in front of the computer for a longer time in the evenings even when I feel tired,so I force myself from time to time to stay awake,but if I'm tired I don't have too much inspiration,that's why in such cases I prefer not to post on Mylot or anywhere,I just read or watch something interesting,but which doesn't require too much concentration.

Don't make it so hard. Go to sleep if you are sleepy. Your body is telling you that you need to rest. Don't force yourself do something even if you feel sleepy.

Well,i guess i'm a little sleey,but i seldom sleep in day time.Sometimes i just feel sleepy at class,however,i'll be excited when i hear the class-over-rings...And i've never forced myself to sleep,but it usualy takes a long time till i an asleep.
