Presently I am not stationed in one place for long. I move around quite a lot these days and for this reason I am not able to participate in mylot actively like before where I am glued to my computer most of my waking hours. This is a heavy price to pay for my nomadic lifestyle. But my soul is always hovering over mylot and looking around this site at every opportunity I get. Happy New Year to you.

Okies.. here is one.. I was thinking that senior personnel get hefty pay increases, when there should be some ratio of such increase that should be reasonable. I mean..people who are at the lower rung of the ladder need higher ratio of wage increase than those who are at higher level. Therefore, any pay revision should not be just a percent of salary across the board.

I am having to write in a bit of a rush right now as every ten seconds he keeps asking me if I have finished messing about lol. Oh yes I took most of the Photos Christmas Day and the rest yesterday when I took him out to the open Countryside and he loves it because he want to chase after all the Birds and all that lol and the leaves which he does not see inside of here. Fashion Show I love that lol that is funny. Blueboy is named after a Series which was called "The High Chaparral" and a Cowboy whose nickname was "Blueboy" was so handsome and very cool and calm so the name stuck with me when I first set eyes on the Dog. You can find the High Chaparral on you tube and the Actor Mark Slade is in it lol.xxx Hope you enjoy my Fashion Show plan to do some more with him as a Model in fact I could almost believe that he love me taking Photos of him too.xxx

You have a good point in your response Kate, and that is you don't even have to start a discussion here. Dear Original Poster, It's not like you have to do it everyday. Just reply to others' discussions and whenever you feel like you want to discuss something not already being discussed then pop up a new discussion and see what people have to say about it. Hi aprilsong.. You are very right that responding on discussions is easier than the other activities but its also true that we dont find interesting discussions to respond after a few. Even you have free time for mylot, then its better to start a discussion and interact with mylotters. Yes, when we have zero responses, then its really pathetic. Luckily i have not faced such.
