Hi friends, i have heard many things about TCN.it is a new program.But no body have got any payment till.So i have doubt about this site.What you suggest?

Try to check the whois domain to know the admin background. Prelaunch usually use by most site right now to coupe as much as members without have to pay. It's also the way for admin to know whether the site worth or not to be continue.

As far I know its in pre-launch, isn't it? So, until it launch its hard to say will it legit or not.
