Anime Hands??

Anybody here who knows how to draw hands? Please help me i can't draw hands at all cause every time i do they end up lookin like chibi hands or a mickey mouse glove .

Thank you for the best response. I am terrible at most forms of art and have tried to improve by trying to learn techniques, but they don't seem to help. The only type of art that I can do is paint by numbers, well it is a start. So I am always happy someone actually has the talent to be able to apply the techniques and see their artwork gain form. that is also my main problem, I purchased several "how to draw manga books" in a book fair and I still cant manage it. its easy for me to draw male hands, but i struggle to draw beautiful lady hands, I can draw women and girls but they all end up having man hands even if I tried making their hands smaller. at certain point of my life i tried to make a webcomics but I didnt push through cos my female characters have manhands,
