Do you think diet pills really works?? I don't think so.

I've tried them all. Didn't really impressed me. It will be some effect at first, maybe for a week or two. But in the long run, never really work for me. I don't know for you guys, but I don't recommend them. It's waste of money and time. Better to get off with exercise.

I agree. I have never used them but I have a very good friend that has tried many kinds of therapies and pills to loose weight. Nothing worked so far, only excercise and eating healthy. I believe that if the person is determined to pay attention to the healthy diet, it's easier to control the weight and the advice from an expert nutritionist are always extremely helpful because it's also important to receive all the vitamins necessary while you are losing weight.

Yes, they do work, but then what you've lost will gained back if you will stop taking those diet pills. Those diet pills are diuretic pills wherein they will lose our the water in our body.

yes your right pills are effective in 2 weeks and after that there will be bad effects already i know it because i tried also to use one but i became fat when i stop using it.
