I want to conduct domain reselling to get money. Where can I put domain names to sell? Is domain reselling legal or not?

Try sedo.com or flippa.com. These are two of the most popular domain & website selling communities.

I don't think domain reselling is illegal. I suggest you to find a forum about domain reselling and post it there.
