Welp I don't hear the music anymore

It's been a few weeks since I've heard that awful music from next door. Ever since I finally just called and told their grandmother, it's stopped. I used to yell at the door for them to turn it down but they never would though I am sure it echoed and they heard what I said.
Partially wasn't their fault with where they had the stereo and how it echoed, right nwo they are playing basketball and it sounds like they are just banging the heck out of the goal.
Ever had a noisy neighbor that finally stopped being such a nuisance?
I yelled out the door one time that if it was loud enough for me to hear OVER the loud as all get out t.v.'s in the house then there was something wrong.
Yup I don't walk over and confront, I hollar!

I must admit that I have the worst neighbours on this planet, they own a heavy duty sound system which they tested in the back of their yard, next to my window, whenever someone rented. Numerous of time I had to call the cop to have it either turn down of turn off. The biggest confrontation that we had, was in january of this year when I came home from work after a business day. As I laid to rest, I heard a loud noise that woke me out of my sleep. I put on my pant and go straight of and plug the dam cord out, at that point, other neighbours started to voice their opinions. The police were called and he was banded from playing his sound in the neighbourhood.

Well I am sorry tht you've had so much trouble with him but it seems like now that he's been banned from playing his music, he won't be bothering you much. Though with a neighbor like that, watch out he might try to find other ways 2.

Oh yes I remember you telling me about that. Well atleast he did turn it down. Now they are playing it AGAIN.

I know exactly what you mean. We live in a subdivision and there is hardly ever silence back here. One of my neighbors loves to rev his car motor up daily a million times for no reason. We have told him several times about it but he continues to do it.

Sounds like he thinks he's "cool" and / or trying to impress the "ladies". I'd be annoyed by it myself, probably stick a carrot in his exhaust or something.
I live in a housing development, the way the house they live in is angled, and the way the terrain is, well, it makes for echoes.
Still, I think they were half doing it to be mean, they are teenagers (the ones making the loud noise).

Well I hope that when I move I won't have the problem of loud neighbors. I like the peace and quiet myself, much more enjoyable.

I used to knock on the ceiling with my mop. The two girls that lived above me had loud music on at all hours. I would go up and knock but they couldn't hear the door. So I call the police on them. Had to do that twice before it finally stopped. There is no happy middle ground with neighbors. They are either just lovely or horrible.

lol yes i had neighbors that where so loud they always use to play there music so loud i could always hear them fight. or there dog was so annoying .there dog will always bark so much in the night.

The dog you can't really help, dogs do bark but you think they would try to train it not to, or get up and find out why it barks instead of just getting used to the bark ya know. now as for the loud music that is just rude.

About two summers ago I had a neighbor that had a band! And on the 4th of July they fired up their players and we had our own personal concert, A very loud concert but they got permission from the city. Since then there hasn't been any loud neighbors....in fact mine moved out and it's much too quiet here!
