What kind of online money making websites did you try?

I tried lots of websites that claim I could make thousands of dollars each month by simply clicking ads (PTCs) or by doing other stuff that always makes it too good to believe it's true, and it turns out to be that way. I tried lots of PTC sites and non of them turned out the way they claimed they are. In several ads they say that you can make a good income using their website alone just by clicking a few number of ads every day. I tried that, and after calculating my income on those websites daily, it turned out I needed several months to reach minimum cashout, which was $1. I mean it's not even worth it. I've seen some people get really successful on those websites by managing a well made referral system. Unfortunately I don't have the time to control and manage such a system. After trying so many websites I finally decided that myLot was my best bet. I have lots of fun here and and I get paid for it! So tell me myLotters, which websites and/or money making schemes did you try besides myLot? Did you succeed or did you fail? Which system do you think proved to be the best?

I haven't earned much but Iam earning through article writing websites and blogging. I started on mid October this year and so far things are not so bad. I have earned around $60 all in all. I ope to earn more by next year. My most earning site is reviewstream so far.

Wow! $60 in a couple of months is pretty good! I'm going to give article writing a shot, but I'm not sure if I'm that good at writing to make money out of it. Mashnn, can you provide countries that are available on that site you mentioned?

Philly, People from Philippines are allowed to participate. Infact, I wrote several reviews and converted the price to dollar but they denied it and ask me why I used the dollar instead of peso. You can try using my referral link if you are still interested. Sum1PassingBy, Reviewstream is international and I think it allows most countries. They don't specify what countries should participate but when you check out top reviews are from reviewers from many countries including Africa.

I earn through blogging. Why don't you start making a website, this will give you passive income.

I have tried blogging before, but I just wasn't that committed to updating it every now and then. I also couldn't think of anything that would drive people to my site that makes it stand out. There are lots of money making websites, and if your blog isn't special in any way then it wouldn't succeed. I assume you know that. I'm going to check your blog later to get an idea of how the general feel of a blog should be.

Hi Sum1PassingBy, I agree you with that. It's very difficult to drive people to the blog site. Firstly you need good content, interesting stories to drive people here and adhere your blog is also very important. Otherwise, your vistor will easily lose when you wanna tired :-). Secondly you need to good SEOs and good at online spreading. Third you need to learn daily the latest profit models and try to adjust your website and apply for more profit. Anyway, i wanna say personal blog is a good platform for passive income and financial freedom , but it seems to be a big system. It's hard for one person to make one part perfect, not this end to end part.

The main sites I use are myLot and swagbucks. For me, these 2 sites I reach cash out the fastest. I've also signed up for inbox dollars and I'm almost ready to cash out for $30, but it took a few months. It seems that online earning is really slow and it would be hard to make it your only source of income.

Hi court. I am from Philippines and I have a question about Inboxdollars. Inboxdollars pays you by check right? But if I'm from Philippines can I change the check with any bank? What bank can I used to convert the check to cash? I'm really afraid that when I reach the minimum payout, my check can't be converted.

I have found myLot to be the best site for me. I'm not the kind of guy who is patient enough to follow a strict referral system. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with either of the sites you've mentioned. I've heard alot about them though. May I ask how much time it took you to get to the $30 payout?
