I was in a state of depression lately becames some professor treated my unfaily. The awarded some people who didn't do a better job than me. I had been crying for one day. The next day, I did nothing but watching soup dramas. The third day, I still did nothing but browsing the boring website. The fouth day is today. I am much better and I start to work hard again for my life though it is not hard enough. Tomorrow, I will be as normal as past. It seems I need 4 days to refresh my self when I surfer the unfair, bad lucks or something like that.
I guess many of us have a moment for depression. You may had a sadness in your life recently. Can you become better soon?

It depends on the kind of problem that has caused my depression. There are those that just passed right away and in just a couple of hours I am fine and well. But there are those that last for quite a time. I am quite and emotional person and when something quite heavy on the heart affects me, it usually takes a lot of time for me to get better. I do forget them by trying to do other things to keep my mind away from thinking, but when I am alone once again, it comes to my mind and the sadness comes again. But I have always manage my life in a way that I have survived....

I suffer from depression from time to time but I find by the next day I am usually back to normal, I have read that a lot of depression is a chemical imbalance of the brain...life goes on and we just have to make the most of it.
