Its not only the batting which lead to a lose to Indian Cricket team. Bowlers are more responsible for it as the pitch was good for bowlers they didn't take the benefit of early wicket falls. In second inning when Australia lost their first four wickets in early overs Indian bowlers didn't gain the advantage and that is why Australian created a good score

I am totally disagree with you. You are playing against australia not against zimbabwe or bangladesh. You can expect this type of fightback from australian team. But In first inning after Tendulkar got out india lost all their batsman in must 60-70 runs.and In second inning also our bowlers did a fantastic job but our batsman failed again

I wonder when these people are going to learn that "attack is the best defense". They always play defensive and lose.
And Ashwin should not be given too many overs. When the Indians had Australians at 38-4, they should have capitalized it.
Poor strategy, poor loss.
India had many young players, who play at Australia for the first time. That's another reason.

I agrre with your first 2 ponts that Indians were too defensive and Dhoni decisions of using Ashwin more on pacy pitch was bad.
But I dont agree Indian team has too many young players in this tour. Other then Kohli all are senior players. Or I can say that Indian batting lineup is most experienced right now in all cricket playing countries.

Another poor start by batters to another important series. This is becoming a very common trend. We are starting almost every overseas tour by losing the first match and having a batting collapse to boot. On the third morning we had the match by the scruff of the neck and allowed the advantage to disappear. Now we have paid the ultimate price for that!!
Cheers!

Yeah I agree with you what you have said. There were good conditions to bowl and Indian bowlers did it well too. But the batsmen spoiled the game. In my opinion India batsmen should have done better, should have scored some kind of responsibility. There were every chance o winning the test match for India but they gave away wickets and lost the match.
Now in the remaining 3 matches Indian batsmen have to score well and have some good runs on the board.
