Well Nikki finally stood up for herself

I was wondering when Nikki would understand that the Christmas ghost meant Deacon knew who the real killer was. So Nikki is going to do anything in her power to set Victor free, even risk loosing Nick and Victoria. It is about time the strong willed and confident woman Nikki was before the Meggie story last year returned. I wonder how long it will take her to find out the truth and finally solve the mystery of who killed Diane?

Yeah, I caught that when the angel said "your husband knows" and Niki says "Victor?" I have thought that it is Deacon that killed Diane or at least knows who did it and is just framing Niki to get her to stay with him. I wish they'd sober Niki up and make something of her instead of trashing the character like they have been for last few years. Good grief, she's in top running with Sharon for having married so many men! I hope she proves it was Deacon or I guess...since the angel said "your husband knows the truth..." maybe Deacon didn't do it, but he knows who did and maybe even helped do it, or at least was there to watch it all and take that park camera film and all.

The more likely scenario is that Deacon will be an accessory after the fact. I am nearly certain they will pull the drunk confession to the bartender who decides to use it in his benefit line with Deacon. The thing is maybe the murderer does not know Deacon knows who he/she/they are, so he is safe until someone finds out. Well Nikki is playing a dangerous game, so I really hope they resolve this soon.

I think that Patti had something to do with the murder of Diane, but I am not sure why Deacon is trying to blackmail the Newmans other than money. I also know that the guy who is with Gloria all the time now may be involved too. I seen Deacon pay him money last week and I don't know what that is all about so it may have something to do with all of this.
