I am neither addicted to meats nor to vegetarian food. I eat whatever is easily available and what can be cooked soon at that particular moment depending on how much work I have. But I have always preferred non vegetarian food to vegetarian food.

Hello! You this is the most scientific diet. If given to a vegetarian, it seems that to the body also is not good. So, right now, I like to eat vegetables, but also eat some meat. Thanks for your reply! Happy every day!

I do not like eating many vegetables. However, I recently discovered that the fresh, organic kind tastes way better than the frozen, store bought kind. So vegetables are growing on me!

Hi ChoukseyMK, I'm curious as to why you think that people from China can be vegetarians. The population of China is more than 1.3 billion. I'm sure you can find more than a few people who are vegetarians.

Hi dong88 I like to eat vegetables every breakfast. In vegetables, i like carrot, beetroot and beans. I ever missed to eat those vegetables. These foods are prepared quickly and easily and also we can produce variety dishes from these vegetables. Carrot contains alkaline elements which purify and revitalize the blood. It is good for health and also improves eyesight. It helps to prevent cancer. Beetroot contains carbohydrates and it has a little protein and fat.It is useful to cure anemia. Fresh beetroot juice mixed with a one teaspoon honey helps for healing the gastric ulcer. Don't worry, eating too much of vegetables should never bad for our health.

I love eating veggies. It doesn't seem like a completed meal if I don't have them. Now there are some veggies that I am not crazy about but I am willing to give most all of them a try. I am amazed at the fact that my taste in foods have changed so much too. There are certain veggies that I really enjoy now that I didn't like at all when I was younger.

I love vegetables of all kinds. I eat them both raw or steamed a little to preserve their vitamins. Vegetables are healthy also because of their fiber. Meat is good but not too much especially red meat. I prefer vegetables instead of meat that although is a source of proteins it has toxins. The truth is there are also proteins in some vegetables.

Yes dong88, I too love to eat vegetables a lot. In fact, some of the veggies like cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers I mostly eat them raw, just eat them whole or make a salad with some nice dressing on it.

I have never been a vegetable eater. I just cannot find even one I like. I dont like the taste or textures of them... I love meat but even as a baby my mom said I did not like them. Even as baby food! I wish I did because I know they are so healthy for me! =(

I like to eat maize or cucumber. I don't like spinach very well, but it is healthy. Sometimes I like to eat vegetables, but sometimes Iam in the mood for something 'bad' like junkfood or fat food. It depends on my mood.

I like veggies and fruits, but I am not addicted to them. Probably I would eat a lot of asparagus if they weren´t so expensive. And I like very much my home gron tomatoes. I eat less meat now that I am older, but I still like a good steak.

Hi dong88, It's good to eat vegetables. In fact many people who thrives on vegetables alone live to a ripe old age and are free from illness and diseases that can be caused by eating too much meat especially red meat. However, nowadays due to advancement in technology the modern agriculture community employs methods to grow their genetically modified (GM) vegetables, fruits etc. This I think is not good for us and only time can tell if it will have an adverse effect on mankind. Just my thoughts. Have a nice day.

What does this question means 'addicted' ? I think I am not addicted with vegetables. My mother taught me to eat lot of vegetables if I wanted to be healthy. This was a new knowledge since I understood the benefits of eating vegetables. I like eating vegetables whatever the taste are sweet or even bitter. I like all types of vegetables. People are sick of me when they see me eating bitter vegetables, but they didn't know exactly what the benefits of eating vegetables. I feel healthier eating bitter vegetables.

I do! My whole family lives off on vegetables. I use to hate vegetables too and every time there was something green in my food, I would just take it out and eat the meat only. Now after growing up, I feel a bit uncomfortable eating some types of meat because now I know where they really came from. I use to eat meat to organs and now I feel really sick just the thought of eating liver. So I love my vegetables more than my meat now! I always wondered how vegans live off only on vegetables with no meat. Meat has very vital proteins and minerals that build on our blood and muscles. But I found out that green vegetables do that too, they are just like meat! The really dark green vegetables such as broccoli are rich in proteins and are just like meat. I find that vegetables taste better than meat but we all need a balance diet and eat a variety of food to keep our bodies healthy and strong. I have to take multi vitamins because I'm a very fussy eater and I don't like my seafood!

I love vegetables way too much. In any form but I like to eat more of raw vegetables either directly or as fresh salads. I'm not a meat eater basically but even if I did eat it was quite for a brief period. I realized the virtue of eating greens & raw stuff with exotic salads I learnt to make myself. I also researched online for writing an article on my blog which drew lot of interest and some good comments. Human digestive & metabolic systems are not suited for meat eating whereas there are extensive benefits from eating a diet rich with vegetables.
