Do you think understanding silence is more important in relationship? Many times we don't speak few things to our dear ones.. then too they understand and give you response of your every silence.. Do you keep such relation?

Understanding silence denotes more intimacy. The proverb says - silence speaks louder than words. Silence mingled with a smile is so much a deep communication Understanding silence minled with a stern look is sharper than a knife. Silent communication is more deeper than thousand words put together.

Yes, somebody ever told me this, "The best communication is to hear what isn't being said". It's very true and i agree. Sometimes talking too much or repeating the same things will eventually become a habit rather than saying with feelings. There are couples who are not used to saying loving stuffs to each other, but the moment they said it once, it creates a real unique moment for them, strengthening their relationship more.

Allowing our companion or mate to be silent is necessary for a healthy relationship and sometimes a touch can say so much more than words. A smile, a frown, a kiss thrown through the air, a wink, can say as much as any words. Facial expressions without word can speak volumes. No one can talk constantly. Body language is as much a part of communication as words. All relationships demand some sort of communication and it isn't always words.
