Yeah same here... I suddenly lost my mood an hour ago and still trying to divert my attention into something that would not have me think about how I suddenly felt bad. I woke up happy today and the whole afternoon but something had suddenly made me feel sad... I wish I could smile a little later and forget about what I'm feeling.
For you it might just be the fatigue that's why you feel suddenly uncofortable and not in the mood. Try to refresh yourself by taking a cold shower and spend sometime in myLot.. like what I am also doing now... hoping to read something that would cheer me up!

My mood has been good after a while that day and until today. Hope everyday we can easily shift our mood when we're having a bad day. Happy New year to you as well!

Oh yes..I have got up in a bad mood before too. It is the days when I am tired and usually just not ready to get up. Weather can play a big part in it too. Rain and cold makes me want to sleep later and get out from my under the blanket only for an emergency..lol. I do try and do things that cheer myself up when I wake up feeling that way and still have to go out into society though.

Hi, yes, sometimes i too experience it and as long as we can handle the situations there are no worries. When I am in a bad mood, usually i am silent (sort of withdrawal from others) and don't feel like doing anything. I prefer a walk or just read something for a while. Such situations occur when things go wrong unexpected or its just not happening the way we want.

yes this type of thing happens sometimes. our mood suddenly swings from happy to sad and when this happens to me i tend to think about what wrong things have happened to me in the past and this makes me more sad.
This normally happens to me when i have bad dream or i am tired or when i am having some tension.

I also have such experiences. I don't know why I have such experience but the thing is that that it happens once or twice per month. I mean they they occurs the least.
Does any know how to avoid it ?

i have felt tired today, and it was definitely lack of sleep, as i just didn't sleep well last night. i hate being tired, as it does affect my mood for the whole day, and i don't like it, but then it happens sometimes, and we just have to get on with things, anyway.
though the interesting question is why someone doesn't sleep well, as i think i was just worrying about something last night, which could then actually be the reason why i was in a bad mood today, and the lack of sleep might just be a side efect, but the real cause of the bad mood could be what ever was making me sleep badly.
but changes in mood are part of life really, as someone somewhere said we appreciate our good moods more if we know what its like to be in a bad one.
