A sure cure for low self-esteem is to achieve something on your own. With your accomplishment, you prove something to yourself and the universe. You show the world that you can do what you set out to do. It's like playing pinball or computer games : every time you get past an obstacle and solve a problem for yourself, you chalk up personal points toward higher self-esteem. So score one for you. Decide you are a "can do" person, and you will become a "will-do" person.
Is there a moment in life wherein you became more confident in yourself because you have achieved something?
