how tagvillage works??

As a member of tagvillage, all I know is that you have to join it as a referral of some other member, you have to invest some money, the minimum amount being $5 with which you need to buy tags, the minimum value of which is $0.1. You can earn a share of the profit by the site and also by sale of the tags you have purchased, but the sale of the tags is always automatic and it would never be less than the price at which you have purchased it. So you have nothing to do with the sale of the tags, anyone who is ready to pay the amount fixed by the management of the site can purchase it, but if you purchase unpopular tags which do not find any buyer,your tags will remain unsold and the fund thus invested also remains idle and you cannot earn anything from it. So, you have to be very selective in purchase of your tags.

I want to know to. Who finally really need that tag? I also want to know more about Tagvillage.
