If sin isn't inherited or the son or parents aren't punished for the sin of their son or paren't,why are we also being punished by god?
Remember the time when adam and ate the forbidden fruit?During the time they ate it,they lost their immortality and later died. Why are we still dying nowadays? We didn't eat the fruit. The bible contradicts its teaching. Can anyone explain this?
"The person who sins will die. The
son will not bear the punishment
of the father's iniquity; nor will the
father bear the punishment for the
son's iniquity; the righteousness of
the righteous will be upon himself,
and the wickedness of the wicked
will be on himself." (Ezekiel 18:20;
cf. vss. 19-32)

That's their excuse when they cannot explain contradictions or other things from the bible.
I onced asked a priest why three gods equal to one.He said I just need faith to understand. After saying those words he said god bless you and waked away.Even though I am not a believer I know the three persona stuff is not written in the bible.Christ is not a god.The holy spirit is not a god.The holy spirit is only the servant of the god. Will a god allow another god to command him(holy spirit)?A god won't allow himself to be inferior or humiliated. There can only be one god.I also remind you.1+1+1=3 and not to 1.

Its because the bible is a bunch of fictitious stories which were made up thousands of years ago. Back then, this, and hundreds if not thousands of other issues through the bible, made perfect logical sense, because the people reading it didn't know how the world actually works.
I mean, come on, the bible says that light and plants came before the sun on earth, and that people were talking to snakes. Does that make any sense to you?

Then prove it. Give me evidence with scientific backing that shows any of the pieces you said to be true. I'm not talking about simply a book, I want a peer reviewed study that shows any of those pieces as more then just fiction.
You're telling me that a human could talk with plants, as well as snakes, and I'm sure many other things... so tell me, if someone came up to you, today, and said that they could talk to plants, and that God gave them that ability, would you believe them? You actually have more reasoning to believe someone that came up to you today and said that, then you would to believe in a fictional book that was written thousands of years ago, with so many problems to it.

@Christoph56,
you said:
"I mean, come on, the bible says that light and plants came before the sun on earth, and that people were talking to snakes. Does that make any sense to you?"
well, all that i can say is, it makes sense....
and i agree with you...
how can lights and plants came and exist before there were sun on earth?

The Bible is full of contradictions, and I can't explain it. It is written by people at a time where there clearly were not editors to check on continuity, because frankly most of it makes no sense at all.

If you form a clay pot, are you not free to destroy it if it does not meet your expectations?
God is not bound by our expectations.
We are the work of His hands and not of our own.

I thought someone would come to explain that contradiction, but it seems like everyone just tells that it cannot be explained or tell negative stuff about the bible.Haha.That is what I am expecting. The bible is really full of contradictions that cannot be explained logically by believers.:)
This thing also annoys me.God forbids killing, but he kills many many people himself. It seems like he is violatiing his own rules.Doesn't that make him just the same as those abusive policemen who violates the rules they are supposed to implement?

Who told you that you are dying because of the fruit ? Read here
Behold, all souls are mine; the soul of the father as well as the soul of the son is mine: the soul who sins shall die.
If a man is righteous and does what is just and right...he is righteous; he shall surely live, declares the Lord God.But if a wicked person turns away from all his sins that he has committed and keeps all my statutes and does what is just and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die
Because he considered and turned away from all the transgressions that he had committed, he shall surely live; he shall not die.
So you can read there in Ezekiel 18 that only the soul who sins will die and the righteous will live and they will not die. That`s what God has promised you.

Which one is the correct excat last word of Jesus??? Matt 27:46 and Mark 15:34 (talked the same)? Luke 23:46? or John 19:30? For example if u choose Mark and Matt, so is the other account Luke and John were wrong, error??? Because there must be only one last word of Jesus! Lol!

What would you say if I told you that the Muslim response to Jesus and the cross is that Jesus did not die on the cross but that Judas was crucified in his place? I never discuss other people's religion but because Muslims are also invested in Jesus and believe in his teachings, I believe that I might be allowed to say something on the matter. It would be great if everyone was interested and we could discuss our different beliefs. It would be interesting, educational, and we will definitely learn something. I don't view this as a debate but a discussion. What do you all think?

If we believe that God is a Loving God and a Fair God, we would not be punished for anyone else's sin but our own. I therefore disagree with the theory of original sin. It would hardly be fair to punish the father for the child's sin or vice versa and God does not make mistakes. A new born is fresh from his mother's womb; what sinful act did he do?

How do you know everyone is dying? There are missing people all over the world.
Genesis 5:24 and Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.
2 Kings 2:11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.
Luke 24:51 And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.

There might be some more things about this in the bible. What I know is that the sin of Adam and Eve affected all the humanity. They chose knowledge, and became mortal humans. I think the part you wrote out from the bible is not in connection with Adam and Eve, it's something else. You're right, it's something strange and there are many parts in the bible which are not clear for me either.
