I had decided to stop smoke but still trying to stop. I can't quit smoking in one day.. i really need some help how to quit smoking for good. I have talked with some friends, they suggest me to join a group to stop smoking. The problem is that i don't have time to join any group. How many of you here have stop smoking and what you did? Any advice would me appreciated..
