How to increase youtube views for free

I have several videos uploaded in youtube. What are the best ways to increase my youtube views?

If you upload a video, think about a title people would actualy search for. For example don't call your video evening with lasagna, just call it how to make lasagna. Also write your description like you would write a blog. Don't be afraid to make it too long and actually put some story in it. Some people also use an exchange views site. But I think you only need to use that when you are really desperate for views. Normally a good title and description should do

Share it on sites like Facebook, be creative. You can also try one of the traffic exchange sites out there, those will definitely get you some views. You register, enter the surf program where you are shown websites for 4-5 seconds. Once you go on to the next site, you get a view, it's simple. If you struggle finding a decent one just PM me.

are those "traffic exchange " sites safe? I mean, the last thing i want to experience is for my youtube channel to be banned by youtube.

Of course they are safe, Youtube won't suspend your account. You are shown someone's site for 4-5 seconds, while someone else is shown YOUR site for 4-5 seconds, in this case your Youtube videos or channel. It's legit.

Have you got a lot of friends? Because when someone of my youtube's friends want to increase their views, they send a message with the link of teh video and write something like "This is my new/ first video of... please see it" or something like that!
