One day I was mylotting behind my PC and suddenly someone asked: So the pay you money to participate in discussions, but why would they do that? Do they want to rank higher in search engines with the topics users posted? And get money from ads that way? Or do they just want to have a lot of content like yahoo did when they bought associated content? What do you think about this?

I like how mylot describes there association with its members. We believe users are the most valuable asset to the longevity of any website so why only provide them with a service, why not reward them financially? Not all companies think like this. Some companies look at their products only as an asset and not the people that use it so do not reward them. I think this is a two way street and should unite a community (mylotters) to aim for a common goal since everyone is rewarded.

Hi,happy new year.My lot does pay us,my lot want us to pay for our participation.According to what my lot says is we earn to join and participate,to have fun and to have friends around the world.I think this is not a site to compete others..................

The more we participate, the more pay we will get. This is what earn-sharing is all about. The more content mylot.com has, the better it will be. If mylot is better in all aspects, then more earn comes in. With this earn, all mylotters will get their share. That's it.Any one else perhaps knows better?

hmmmm... actually I am new to this site! thanks to tehmoneydude! but I think that person who asked about mylot could be right...All in all, I think, this is Mylot's way of propagating their site and affiliated products... or in short, it's their style of Marketing... if you're a businessman, you really have to shell out money first as capital, then reap the income afterwards if a lot of people already patronize the site or affiliated products... i hope i made some sense here.. =)
