I have done many method in order for me to lose weight. They include regular exercise like jogging, hiking, swimming or cycling. I also have done proper planned out diet. I did try sauna and diet pills/supplement. However I have never really saw huge difference between all those method mentioned before. I'm a guy who likes to try, but not doing multiple things at one time. So I'm looking for one best method that can fit me effectively.
I wonder if you guys ever have tips or experience in this matter?

It work for me, i am as slim as you can be after trying out all these regular exercises you mentioned. For some people, due to the differences in personal metabolism rate and dietary plan, you may need some specially designed weight loss program to reap the benefit of the exercise. If these regular activities don't work for you, then you need an expert advice and program that specifically tailor to your present health/fitness profile in order to work.

I'm a master dieter.. Spent years as a Weight Loss counselor for LA Weight Loss and spent even more time trying diets.
The best diet I have found is a diet like WW and LA. Sometimes it is the best of both programs, but one MUST eat their own food! And you must, must, must practice maintenance afterwards
