Get a stressful job! I'm not kidding.
Let me share my experience. I used to be quite fat. Not very fat but on the brink of being overweight. I also used to have a very boring job until the day that my manager decided to promote me. I accepted the offer right away, no one should deny promotion, right? Anyway, the new job required me to learn new skills which I had to get trained for. At the same time, I had to train the new hire who will be working on my previous job. So you could just imagine the stress I was going through. I was doing multiple tasks at once. The result? I lost 5 kilos in a span of three months. I'm not sure if that's considered normal but I thought it was cool since I lost weight without diet nor exercise. Although I think I should exercise soon though. I need the endorphins to make me happy.
Thanks for listening to(or rather reading) my rant. I know this might not be the kind of advise you wanted. I just needed a scapegoat to release my stress.

Nowadays overweight has become a problem for youngsters. Due to the lifestyle that they experience the body conditions will be adapted according to that. The body mass index ie BMI should be maintained properly. BMI is nothing but the person should have appropriate weight in corresponds to the height.
The food we intake have calories. The calories should be burned otherwise it will be stored as fat so only overweight occurs

I am a former weight loss counselor and I've struggled with my own weight. The bottom line is this... consistency... You must be consistent in your weight loss. You cannot eat cakes and cookies one week and then vegeys and fruits the next week. Ideally, you stay consistent until the weight is gone. At that point, you slowly begin to eat normal foods again. This is called maintenance. If you are one that is constantly fighting your weight... Unfortunately, it will probably always be this way. Good luck in your weight loss. I am very skilled in this area, so if you have any questions???? I'm here.

The atkins diet really works if you stay with it. There are many foods that you can eat almost without restrictions, such a chicken, meat, etc. You would be surprosed at how quickly the weight drops when you stick with the program.
