Bread? - Bread can be digested easily so it won't store in you body unlike rice.

Which do you prefer? Turkish people are fond of bread and so Americans. I'll adopt this kind of meal just to keep in shape. How about you?

RICE - Rice is the best for all pinoys..

for me i chose to eat rice because bread cannot satisfy my hunger..pinoys eat rice rather than bread.
