I am so hard headed! I have so many paperworks to attend in my offline work and what I am doing now is participating in online discussion to get extra money. lol! I have no self discipline, online is my greatest weakness and enemy. It is hard to resist the internet. Everytime I am online I keep on checking my gig, my earnings and my blog. I am an internet addict and a pushy online worker to earn extra money. I do not know why I am so addicted online, compare to my offline work, what I earn online is too small. I just realized that what work you love will make you alive and active.

Then I think you should find ways to earn more through online work since you like it very much. You could join sites which offer various kind of job like oDesk, Guru etc but I don't think should quit your offline job before you have fixed earning from the online one.(^^)

One more important thing, do not do online job in your day working time. It is called as cheating and it is wrong unless if you are allowed to do so or you when you are finish your work. DO other things while you still have work to do is not a good idea.(^^)

I know what you mean, I'm the same way. I barely make anything online either but I literally spend all day on here, and all night. I maybe take an hour or two off and thats very difficult for me to do. I keep hoping that something will happen and I was discover a way to at least make minimum wage online lol but it never happens. I'm completely addicted to the internet and my parents are trying to get me to stop spending so much time trying to earn money online.

I'm a newcomer to mylot, (only my second day), and like many other people I would like to earn a little extra income. It is clear to me that this can be achieved online but there is no quick fix and it will take time and effort. This is fine by me but Lucyalicia92 you do seem to to be spending an awful lot of time online. Do you get any sleep at all?

Offline job is more trusted and it is my priority to earn for me to survive. Online jobs are just an extra to me so that, I can use my spare times wisely to earn for something extra money. After my many trials in the past, I never give up my online earning. I always believe in online treasure and I shall use my spare time to discover this treasure. With a computer and an internet connection, I shall be able to start my online earning whenever I want to. Because of this reason, I think most of the people are the same as me, to become addicts to online earning.

So you love your online work way better than your offline work? I'm actually addicted to online earning too, especially Mylot. I'm still a student so I still have some time to spend online but I still need to study too. I always save time to earn online. I just have this feeling that I need to be on Mylot for at least an hour a day. I just feel that a friend might have started a discussion or somebody have commented on my post so I have to reply to them. I don't want to miss any news so I try to go on Mylot on a daily basis. I also love making some extra cash, I like watching it slowly build up and grow. Then once I reach cash out, I can watch my Paypal balance grow. I like making money online and I can do it within the comforts of my home. Like you said, it's fun and way better than an offline job. Sometimes online people are better compared to offline people. You can also be your own boss and just do as much work as you please without someone else bossing you around or always watching your progress. It's pretty stress free!

Yes, I agree with you. I don't feel pressured and I am relaxed when I am online. I love what I am doing that is why I don't feel tired and lazy.

Just like you, I also enjoy surfing the internet and have no self discipline. When I sit in the front of the computer, I always want to open it to seek for something in the Internet without a clear purpose. I wish I can change the situation.

I think i am also undergoing the same trouble...I am so obsessed with online moneymaking stuff that i forget to do my daily works...I end up with uncompleted projects and bad records... The last words you put out in this discussion is to totally true...Do the work that you love..IT makes you feel active and still have fun...But for me the only work that (according to my parent)has to be done is studies... So i am controlling myself on all these online stuff and trying to make a time table that works...Maybe planning well can help you be active in your offline as well as online life...

Online earning is fun and addicting. Despite the fact that we earn a little online, it is really exciting and fun. It gives you a sense of fulfillment that a day job or offline job cannot offer. But of course, you have to remember that online job may not give us the right amount of earning to live life and support our needs. Unless we are really good at it and we know a lot of things. I have a friend who lives his way online. The thing is, he makes a living online and he does it for the past 6 years. He is quite happy doing it at home most especially that he earns big time. But in my case, I just do it for fun since I only earn a couple of bucks a month. Still, I am happy and I enjoy.

I am guilty of this myself. I work full time and when I am not at work, I am home and on my computer earning more money. I have one main goal in mind and that is to pay off debt. So that is why I do it, I also find it fun and it is something that I can do on my own time. I have been at this for about 5 years and do not foresee giving it up any time soon.

I also am addicted to online moenymaking. I do have a full time job, but everything else in the house gets neglected because I spend all my spare time online. I think the amount of time I spend is not really worth the money I get, but I can't seem to stop. I keep makign a resolution to cut back, but somehow it never happens.

It's not bad to be that way my friend but I think you need to balance everything to maintain your offline jobs and do what your office want you to be...A good thing to know that you have an offline jobs which makes you more saving money because even if you earn a little in online that is good enough because those earnings is additional income

Online is really addictive. It is because it stimulates our mind and we get some sort of freedom writing things that we are so interested about. Just like here in Mylot. We know we get paid by cents. But what matters is that we get to communicate with people of the same thinking or sometimes we see our similarities with others. While with our regular work, we are oblige to do tasks that may not be of interest to us. We are lucky if we get jobs that matches our interest. Have a great day!!!

I saw myself in your post! lol I'm exactly like you, except that I don't have an offline work because I'm still a student. But, a lot of times I catch myself playing online poker (which is what I do to win money online) when I should be studying. I hope that when I graduate, I like my job as much I like my online "job".

LOL..but i think offline work gives you more benefits, income, privileges. It just became your habit every time you go online but it's not a wrong thing to do besides you are on your way to earning money as long as you still put your job on top of your priority list than the other work. You are having fun as what you said so do what makes you happy..^_^ thanks

hello there jaderamirez, with regard to your main topic, i can really say that i am one of those guys who are also gearing towards to have more earnings. as my motto is not only to earn extra but to earn more money online. especially now that a new year has begun. that i am aiming to hit the top. aiming to have those sites which can generate passive income so it would not eat up my time logging on to the net. and with what you have been realized, indeed it is true, the work you love will surely make you alive and active. hence, it is quite hard to move if the one that you do is not willingly done. wishing that your addictiveness to earn extra will gone up high. as i am also aiming to hit the top in earning more.

I also haven't anything yet with my take home exam which is a paperwork. One main reason of this is because of the festive season and also being an internet addict especially in earning online. But I don't regret anything. I am having fun. Maybe I will focus on it later or tomorrow since the deadline is fast approaching.

That is true. There is something with online earnings that makes it really addicting I think we are challenged to earn more in here that's why we could resist to come back often and regularly. And because we see and learn a lot of new things here it becomes so interesting day by day - unlike the offline works we have which seems to be a routine.
