I wonder which will be good for the teeth when you brush it? Is it the warm or cold water? Since people say it is a good exercise and healthy way to have a cold water bath. So I think probably brushing the teeth with cold water will be better?

Cold water is enough to rise your teeth. I t improves blood circulation. If you use too much of hot water. It may harm your mouth and teeth. Otherwise you may use mixing both cold and hot water.

Hi youless, it usually depends on the weather of that time. I'm used to cold water when doing teeth brushing in my place where the weather here is severe hot all the time. It's so comfortable to have a cool feeling when gargling mouth and throat and brushing teeth with cold water While having winter vacation in temperate countries it's sure that I would not be brave enough to do the cleaning with cold water The water available was icy cold. I usually would let the water from the faucet to flow for a short while until it's warm and comfy to use it Have a nice day and happy posting!

This is a good idea. At least I think too hot water may not be good for the gem.

it doesn't make a great deal of difference. if you have sensitive teeth, you may well prefer using warm water, if cold is uncomfortable. on the other hand, when you use warm water, the toothbrush bristles become softer, and may need replacing more often. but really it makes very little difference. it just depends what you prefer the feeling of.

Hello youless. Now it is very cold here in my place. Just right now it is minus 2 degrees centigrade. Therefore the water is freezing. I use warm water for brushing my teeth and feel good. Of course, in warm weather I use cold water for brushing my teeth. It all depends on the weather when I use the water, cold or warm. Take care.

I uses the water which I drive them from my well. Usually at morning time it is too cold and so due to this reason we have cold water and I used this water for my activities including brushing and bathing. I think using hot water for brushing is not a good the. They can spoil you teeth. So I prefer cold water

it depends on your teeth state . if they are warm ,like times that you drink coffee or tea, it's better to use warm water ,and also if they are cold like times that you've eaten ice-cream you should use cold water . it prevents broken teeth .

Hello youless, I think you mix salt water to rinse after brushing your teeth. Salt is good for refreshing our mouth and remove bad smell. I recommend you not to do rub with salt powder directly with your teeth. It may harm your teeth and mouth. Instead you mix well with paste and brush your teeth or you may mix salt with water to rinse your mouth.
