My Dear Fellows... Through your invaluable support, with your precious suggestions and with your cheers; I made my day today... I am not sure if the expression 'make my day' conveys what I want to say.. So let me relate what I did...
Today was our payday. I got the automated message by the bank that my money was credited.. I was lying lazily in my bed, then; and was going through my previous discussion. Many of you, my best buddies, had suggested to go out.. I thought I would do it...
I went out to E-Square... Purchased two books... Purchased a tag, which the soldiers wear around the neck and watched Mission Impossible... I was alone, needless to say. I did not feel bad or depressed. I asked for one ticket, one coffee etc... And did not get any unusual reaction either... :-). Frankly, I do not know what it is that I did. I just filled my time, maybe. And feeling good about it, don't know why should I feel good too...
I just made my day (please correct me, if the expression is wrong). Thanks to my buddies here... Thanks to you guys... False it maybe, but happiness reigns for some time... :-) All because of you!!! Thank you...
Have a great day...

Yes, for me it also means the same as yours. It means to make us feel happy.
So you see, going out and doing things you don't actually think of doing did really give you an enjoyment. Making our own day , happy is really up to us, my friend.
I am glad you made your day, that day.

Hello D... I made my day, the other day... True! But I am, unfortunately, unable to make every day a day... I am into the depths again... Depths, unknown ones, of darkness... The happiness was brief, too brief... The clouds of solitude reign again...
Am sorry... I am messed up again....

You know I have become kind of a pendulum.. I keep swinging from happy state to sad ones from time to time... Now, I am feeling brighter and I feel sorry that I wrote such depressing post here... In fact, I am kind of ashamed (at this moment) that I was so depressed.... :( What is wrong with me????

My friend, maybe it is best that you try to identify, what is really giving you such darkness. Once you know what it is, then try to solve it or maybe ask for help from your parents or siblings.

I am not really hopeful about finding a sweetheart so miiraculously Sarah.. All that I had on my mind, was to have a great time... I thought of nothing... I just lived the time... Thank you dear... Have a good day!

I'm glad that going out, got some good books to read and watched movies have made your day :)
unusual or usual, they are just people's reactions
as long as you don't hurt anybody, not doing any crime, enjoy life as it is
when I was in high school I often went alone to watch movies because most girls my age only liked Pretty Woman, etc they watched it 5 times
I don't mind romantic movies and cartoon but I also love action, documentaries, horror etc so there I was sitting alone watching JFK LOL
Books too, I like reading mysteries, detective, adventures stuffs while most girls read romantic novels
nothing against novels, I just thought mysteries and adventures are more exciting
what books did you get?

Hello... I am somewhat like you are... I love Sherlock Holmes than love stories. I admire Tom Cruise as Agent Hunt than a lover boy. I read about wars than love novels. And yet, I need love too.. I am also human, though unromantic, I am a good guy... It brings tears when I remember how I spoiled my ex girl. I gave her all she wanted.. And my resources were drained, she found another guy who gave her all she wanted...
The happiness was momentary, my dear. I am in the depths of darkness yet again....

Hi Sid.. Such a journel, as you say it should be, would not be really occupied.. There are very few happy moments dear.. otherwise, it is just loneliness .. Terrible solitude full of darkness... I am unable to grasp the right direction..... I am finished Sid... Now, all it remains is to drag on and on, until I am breathing... Or else, I am done...

You should keep a journal of your good moments and then when you are down, you can read it and remind yourself how great life can be. When I was leaving my ex, my councelor had me write a journal of all the things he ever did to make me feel hurt or angry. He told me to write it in such great detail that in reading it I would actually feel the emotions I felt then. The point was to remind me why I left in case I had the thought to go back to him. I imagaine the same sort of therapy woud work for this maybe.

GGGGGGGRRRREEEEAAATTT!!
SEE? you filled up your empty time........that is all it takes and when you go out, you see people and try to shake a hand, say a hello, or whatever, but talk to someone and see if they are lonely too.
You might make the greatest friends !
There are always lonely people who need someone..........maybe you are the one to fill their gap.?? Never know....
Now, you go for it :)
hugs , quita

I've missed your recent posts but somehow I still remember the first few posts I read from you the other month or last month. I am happy to read that you are feeling happy now despite being alone. No worries you would find someone one day and you will never feel lonely and alone again.

Aw well that is such a natural feeling. One day we're happy, the next day we're not. I just hope someone would give you an inspiration so you not feel sad.

Well that is certainly a great day. I have noted that you have accomplished so much for the day and I think it is very satisfying indeed. I know that if we put our heart and mind to what we want to do, we can accomplish so much. Sad to note, that my day is not as productive as what you have. But I will try to make up with it in the coming days.

I remember responding to that topic of yours. I went back to see. I notice you have had 29 responses and you stopped commenting at the eleventh response which would mean you found your answer. It is great that you were motivated by the responses that you received and by what you did you did make your day!

That's good for u. U are taking your first step out of your own world, back into the real world. It's alright to be alone and i'm sure service crew who are serving u, have seen it all. It's good that u feel good and u just made your own day. U deserved it and hope u did enjoy it. Once u have a good start, i'm sure there will be more follow ups and slowly, u will gain friends of the same interest when u see them more often in the same area.

Your welcome mr Pearl :-) I'm glad ur feeling better today. I know it is unpleasant to be lonely. But sometimes it can be good to be alone. Like for example if you need a minute to reevaluate your life or you need time to mourn a love one. Your never alone you got god and me too ({}).

Yeah I know sometime you feel tired of being alone. I'ts a human need to feel love and wanted and to have someone to share your time with. Just be patient your time will come :-) until then do the best that you can.
