Try w3schools! I highly recommend it since they have great explanation and step by step tutorials and also a lot of example to learn.

~if you aren't familiar with HTML yet, I suggest you to learn it first though.. :)

personally i prefer tuts, guides, and samples from planetsourcecode. i've learned a lot from there. it would also be a big help on your learning if you actually build a dummy site from which you can play around with your coding.
