Subway once again is rehashing the idea in their ads that if you eat burgers you are fat and clumsy while McDonald's has an ad where the Big Mac is a Star! A few years back I took offense to being deemed fat And clumsy by Subway so I emailed the company and explained Why I now know I'm too fat to even enter a Subway . I must not have been alone! Why else would they have to retread the same demeaning message? There must be many who Know for 5.00, the price of just the sub at Subway, you can get a Whole meal at McDonald's! And thus they have enough ad money to bring out ads that do not demean Anyone! So instead of being pi$4ed that this type of ad is back. I feel sorry that Subway Has to resort to scaring the people who fear being fat. These are the ones who would see these ads and flock to Subway! So Subway will always be less than! Bullying doesn't work on Everybody!

Subway is playing on the fact that McDonald's and other fast food resteraunts fry most of their food, but one can eat at McDonald's and still lose weight, a man did just that, he stuck to the healthier choices.
While eating at McDonald's is not a bad thing, its something that people should not overdo because the salt and fried food can lead to obesity and cholesterol problems. But a once in a while treat is OK.
What is the difference in what Subway is doing over what the current political candidate hopefuls are doing?
Its nothing more than a marketing ploy, and with the current administration pushing healthy eating they probably think now is as good a time as ever to remind people how unhealthy fast food joints like McDonald's are.

But like the administration, All this trying to force people to eat what they don't want to eat Will backfire. I know I would vote for a far right candidate so I could preserve my right to eat What I want When I want it! I just disappointed my mom and pleased my dad, lol.Anyway, showing that you have a healthy meal for a little more than McDonald's is one thing but making it seem that Every person who eats a burger is fat And Clumsy is wrong. Point Blank. I know all it does to me make me feel that I will Never be welcome at their restaurant. I'm too fat And I like burgers So to them I Must be too clumsy. Now if they want us to eat healthier wouldn't it be better to make a person feel welcome?

Honestly, eating McDonald's or Subway is not really good for anyone. I mean, once in a while okay, but not everyday. These fast food chains want people to eat that garbage everyday of their lives. That's why they keep the commercials going. I like McDonald's once in a while, but honestly, they are not the same as they used to be. I now go to Five Guys. I cannot afford to eat this stuff anymore, not because I'm fat, but because of my diabetes. I need to watch my sugar. But I see your point. On the other hand, they do those commercials to compete.

In my youth I would just dream of burning one of their restaurants to the ground. But these days I just email Subway and explain Why I can Never visit. It felt good! And I vow Never to visit Any Subway.Ever!

I eat at mcdonalds all the time (ok not every day or anything) but I like the food and its cheap like you said! I am not fat or clumsy, I weigh 125lbs and im 5'6. So for subway to say that really makes me angry also. Subway where I am is getting really nasty so good thing I dont go there anyway!

Oh and by the way, NO one will ever tell me what to eat or NOT to eat. I am a grown woman for a reason! Sorry Obama...
