Very good to start new year with such spirit. What I know is that you need to register your organization with government. I am not sure what are other requirements.

There are usually some local government offices or registers office that handle registration of new companies. Try to check on the internet what are the requirements to register a company in your country.

In my country, all of us have to pay a percentage (small) of our insurance plan to have an extra insurance for catastrophic illness. People with no means have the same attention than people with means. Our government help in part too. All of this is for certain illness. But cancer is one of them.
