Hello mylotters.
Again I'm here in front of the computer surfing the internet and viewing my blog. I'm planning to create a new post. I've been thinking of making a new post for almost a month but until now I don't have any idea. I guess making a new post in my blog is quite hard. Can you give me any idea on what my post is all about or what do you think is a good topic. I want to start a new post for this year please give me some idea if you like.
Have a nice day.

Writing depends upon our mood.
i also have same problem or what they called "writers block"
It's been 3 days since I last submitted my article in one writing earning site.
I am about to post one today.
I hope to be in good mood so I can post more.
Anyway, think about your interest and that will give you more inspiration what to write.

Thanks jaiho. I am happy to hear a response from a mylotter from Philippines.
I think I really have a hard time in writing because I don't have any background about it. I don't have any experience in writing like those students who have joined writing contests during my elementary and high school days. My school days are really bad for me and I think I'm not really good in the field of writing and reading. But I am trying to make a change this time. I'm not so sure if I have a correct grammar. I don't have lots of vocabulary. I hope that joining here in mylot will help me improved myself.
Do you have any experience in writing before?

Hi rusale. I'm a filipino too. I think we feel the same. I too, found so hard time trying to write in my blog because I am not that fluent in English language( of course English was not our mother-tongue right? Well, there are just lucky people out there who are good at it really. )
I went over your blog actually and its awesome. I mean, your posts are nice, your English is good. Period. I think you should continue your blogging goals. Goodluck!!
And by the way about your question, yes I had experienced journalism when I was in grade six, but my career stopped there because in high school I no longer had confidence to join activities like that anymore. I regretted it so much now because I was so stupid for not realizing how much it could help me now in my college life.

I've been prototyping blogs for quite some time now and I think the problem is not so much about the difficulty in writing blogs, but rather the approach or perspective of the blogger.
Blogging is really about publishing. A blogger should really think more of being a publisher than being a writer. In the first place, a writer will only publish whatever he/she wrote, if ever. But a publisher behaves differently. A blogger who thinks like a publisher will be compelled to deliver a certain number of pieces during a given period regardless of the source.
If you start thinking like a publisher, the problem of blogging becomes more manageable and even predictable. The pieces you will publish will first depend on your chosen general subject or area of interest. Assuming you are a one-person publishing team, for your chosen area of interest, you will have a certain number of "newsmakers" (or something that interest people). For each newsmaker, you (as publisher) will want to order a certain number of pieces (usually, with a definite word count) from you (as a writer). Asking who, what, when, where, why and how questions about the newsmaker will usually reveal something interesting to write about.
The only rule you have to follow is to never allow the writer in you to prevail over publishing decisions. The writer in you should just follow what the publisher in you wants delivered.
