Which site is the best web hosting site?

On my first website I didn't knew it much about web hosting, so, for some reason, I signed with godaddy site. But, didn't liked it and changed for ipage. It was not bad, they had a good support and the price at the time it was good ($1.99/month), but, for me, something it was missing.
Now, I need to build another site for a uncle and he want a easy site, so he can update the site when he wants. Anyone here know a very good web hosting site? Because, I want a new web hosting site, but don't want to waste money like I did with godaddy. I saw that the cheapest one is WebHostingPad, anyone tried this site already?

I couldn't say which is the best one. But you should looking for a Hosting which has good features like as a wide space and band width. I think the best is to have the domain and hosting at the same server.
I have my domain and hosting with Godaddy and until now it works well for me. Also the support answer promptly to my inquires.
In addition I've heard that fatcow.com should work well too.
