What does Philippines have to change in order to attain economic Progress ?

Philippines is rich in agricultural and natural resources, but yet our country is embodied with Poverty . Many of the children are in the streets, beggars are anywhere , no vacant/stable Jobs, homeless families, high cost in every aspects of our daily needs like food, water, etc , POLITICS, the country his highly POLITICIZED, JUSTICE is very hard to find here, and CORRUPTION is still in place.
What does Philippines need or to change so that the country can attain economic progress and economic stability ?

Hi MLM is legal in the Philippines. A great example is UNO Unlimited Network of Opportunities International Corporation which has already helped people rise from poverty. UNO is marketing healthy and beauty products such soap and coffee.
It started last 2007 and its main office is in Ortigas Avenue

as far as i know, the best solution to remove poverty is MLM.it is also famously known as MutiLevel Marketing or network marketing.i don't know whether it's legal in your country.

Other than the reforms you have cited that the country needs, which most of us think it will never happen because of its history being brought upon by itself, it is more better if the US will buy us.
