Happiness is internal and is expressed externally. Expressions and mannerisms give clues to the persons happiness level. Lots of folks suffer from depression, life gives us lots of headaches, only the headaches won't materialize until you allow them to. Arm yourself with happy thoughts and moments that will make you want to sing and shout. Measure your own happiness by the amount of pills you do not have to take.
