triond log in problem

ok....I'm really pissed off. I can't log in to triond. I have been entering my right details but it still doesn't work. Anyone have this experience too? I need help.

i also sometimes forgot my password there as i don't often use it just sometimes when i need to see how much i have earned for the month
i use the forgot password option and easily able to login there
