How is it possible that my company has an entire overpaid maintence crew & yet they can't fix a single stupid urinal? It's been broken for 2 weeks now if not more. If I can replace an entire toilet in less than 15 minutes surely an entire crew of supposidly trained ( ) professionals could have one repaired by now.... What's it require a goverment contract?

I guess if you really wanted to push it you could claim it is a health hazard, couldn't you? Are the workers union? Just wondering what the holdup is! Why don't they replace those workers if they can't fix one lousy urinal within 24 hours? You'd think that a business would want to be as efficient as possible in order to make as much profit as they can. If the crew will let a toilet go unrepaired for 2 weeks I wonder what else is languishing in a state of disrepair.

I could give you a list... Often I end up having to do repairs myself because maintence won't.

Have you informed this highly trained crew in triplicate ? If this urinal is not at myLot, I don't think this discussion will be very useful to solve this important problem

Well I figure they're the imbeciles that put the out of service sign on it so they should know it needs repair. I also think they wouldn't like the solution...Fire all the lazy overpaid underqualified pencil pushers in management & maintence.

Hey uath! Been a long time, I know, but I see that you are still just as full of bile as ever lol. I'm hoping very much that the title of this discussion is just a figure of speech, lol. I feel very sorry for your situation, but please, don't wish a government contract on the matter; then it will be a year for sure before the urinal gets fixed, as the house and senate argue the matter on its floors for 5-6 months lol.

Literally, My eyeballs are floating, LOL They expect the whole plant to go to break, eat & use the restrooms one functional urinal in a 15 minute period every 3 hrs. Needless to say there's a line. I could go to the one on the other end of the warehouse but that's a good 5 minute walk just to get there & I only have 15. As long as it seems to take them to fix something you'd think it took an act of congress.

Remind me, where in the world are you again? I agree with one of the previous posters, there HAS to be someone you can report these conditions to and get results.
