Life is a burden

Recently one of my friends told me that life was a burden. On asking as to why he told his story. His grand father has been invalid for the last two years and all the things related to his condition is to be faced by the family members. It was too bad indeed. I too felt life at the end part becomes burden others.
What do you think?

life can be like that for anyone, we should not look at it as a burden, as we could be there one day as well...I think people today should try and prepare for old age and maybe as they are doing here in Australia where communities are being set up for people over 55 years of age which means you grow older with people your own age and this sets your family free to a point.
