Getting an E.U. labour department number

Hi everyone. Does anybody here in mylot have had an experience in obtaining an EU labour department number. This number is a requirement if you want to work within the European Union member countries. I'm presently looking for a job in the healthcare field. Thanks fellow myloters.

Umm, there is no EU Labour Department.
The EU is made up of a large number of member countries, each of which runs their own labour department, visa requirements, immigration rules and everything else. You'd have to look at the details of working in individual countries, not the EU as a whole.
