Is there any PTC site renting real members as rented referrals?

Its not unusual if you find the bots as the rented referrals in the PTC sites nowadays.All the sites are employing the programs to let the work for their members.But the result is net loss the members who are renting their programs.Only around 10%-20% upgraded members who have higher upgrade are earning from these bots.No admin will admit this though everyone knows about that.Even the members who are loosing their money is not making any complaints in the forum of the site (to avoid account suspension).Leave these scam admins.Let them enjoy the hard work as well as the money of members. Is there any site to rent/sale the real members as "rented referrals" to us? If so, please let me know. I am tired of these scam admins and scam PTC sites.Even though the earnings are low, I want to have only the members as my referrals.Not the programmed referrals.I am not good in referring the members to the PTC sites and I failed in these attempts.
