Mylot is such an amazing site where you can share your thoughts and also earn money. Its the perfect platform for people who want to earn a little EXTRA... I'm on Mylot for quite a while now and I'm just loving it out here... I was wondering if I could ask my friends to join Mylot. What do you think? Would It be a good idea to do so? Would they react badly? Have you tried to convince your friends to join Mylot? How did they react? And the most important... DID THEY JOIN?

Family? Friends? Hell No! I am trashign them on this place spilling beans and secrets about them, then I will invited them to this place. Not even my girlfriend knows mylot. I am not really obsessed with the refferals stuff. You dont really need refferals to do well in this place. Mylot is my place to release some dirty laundry.

dont talk about bad things about them, dont carry your self away, be careful. Just imagine what My girlfriend will think when I said that my ideal New Year's party is to be surrounded by bikini hotties. always say good things about your friends, since they know you are here. even if your anonymous they know your personality...

I have tried to convince some of my friends to join MyLot, but they weren't interested. Some of them didn't like the idea of writing in English and some of them didn't like the idea of a site where you get paid for your participation. They said things like: "People are going to write all sorts of nonsense just to earn, and there will be no quality discussions". I disagree with that, and I think that there are lots of interesting discussions on MyLot, but my friends don't believe me and they aren't interesting in joining.

I totally agree with you... Mylot is not a waste of time and the discussions here are genuine... At least you conveyed the message to them to join mylot...

hello russell_21, i have already invited almost all of my friends to participate at this site. as i found this one a very good way on how to expand your horizon. expanding in terms of many things such as earnings, friends, ideas and vocabulary. the reason why i am really convincing them to join me here. however, some of them are not that interested. according to some, their time is already pre-occupied with a lot of things and errands to do. to sum it up, only few of my friends have joined me at this site.

Nope.. In fact, I never tell anything about myLot to any of my offline relatives xD. Well, but I promote mylot to my online relatives instead. I promote it on a chat site, or something similar. And yeah, several of them had joined. But too bad, none of them are being active

Hello, russell_21. Funny you should ask. Yes I did ask a few friends to join, and even requested them on mylot. Instead of accepting my request, they requested me and I accepted. I know, I'm too nice of a guy. But all in good fun. I love mylot and I will hang out here for quite some time. Happy mylotting :) :)

I have a lot of friends who have joined mylot. But only a couple of them are still here posting. I can understand that knowing that not all people can ride on with the flow. From what I have noted, those who have joined this site and are after of the earning... most likely they do not last long. So if you invite your friends, tell them to enjoy, learn and gain friends... and the earnings will follow. Tell them not to think much of earnings as the major reason to join, otherwise, they will be here today and gone tomorrow.

Oooh, that will end badly. With the people that I know in real life, trust me, you don't want them on myLot. It's not like they're bad people it's just...well they're not much for following guidelines and they are the type of newbies that would violate every guideline ever known in the first week. So yeah that would be a disaster waiting to happen. And obviously, they would have no interest in joining such a website, I would think. Even if it was to earn money. Of course, there are just times where two worlds will never met to crash. That being the real world and the world of the Internet. I'd like to keep those two groups separate for the most part. The thought to ever ask anyone that I know to join myLot never crossed my mind and I doubt they would be the type of people to post on a website.

Hi there russell_21!! Well I haven't tried telling them about mylot and I don't think that they will be interested. They are just not the type of people who have time to spare for a site like mylot. And I don't think they will be patient enough to wait for their balance to reach ten dollars.

Yes, I agree with you that Mylot is an amazing site. This is the best site I've ever found on internet. You can earn money and at the same time learn new things. I haven't tried to convince my friends to join in Mylot. I don't think sharing thoughts is one of their passion. I promote mylot in my blog and other sites. Don't forget to share your referral links! This could help you increase your earnings!

I think it's fine to invite others. I was also invited by my friend. I've invited my classmates too and one of them reacts nicely. She like to join here but I guess she don't have time that's why she didn't register here.

I love MyLot but did not ask my friend to join in as they might now want to earn online or they do not believe so. I may try after I get my first payment. May be after my first payment, i still will not ask them to join in as I can talk more free right not! When i am not happy, i can tell in here and they will not know :)
