Green tea has its all good effects on the body. But maybe you should take it not on an empty stomach, because as some said it has a thinning effect on the stomach.
So whether it's true or not, just take it on a full stomach or maybe along with a food.

well it prevents obesity, cleans are stomach, digest our food faster, its also preventing cancer. It removes toxins from your body and drinking green tea everyday will make you 10 years younger in 1 month. It has to be sugar free though. Green tea also removes stress, it calms down when you feel miserable. Kombucha (fermented tea) is better though.
