It's been a year since I last opened my account as I recall. I tried checking my previous earnings and it was recorded there unfortunately I don't know how to add it back now that I plan to be active to mylot again. Can you help me out?

I just came back myself from a long time of inactivity. We are in the same situation. I am also at a zero balance right now. I've read about how to earn here, but it didn't offer any answer. I am reading the Terms of Service now, for some clarifications.

HOw long have you been inactive? mine was for one year already. I'm hoping that I could be able to refund my last earning in the past. Can you update me on this?

defcon505, it's in the Terms but it's also explained here: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#21

If you look in the FAQs and guidelines you will see that you have to log in at least once every 90 days or any earnings you have aquired will be deleted. just start over and make sure that if you are going to be inactive for a while that you at least log in every now and again. Hope you didn't lose too much!

Because you didn't log in at least once in a period of 90 days, your earnings were forfeited. This has been part of the Terms of MyLot since the beginning and is also stated in the FAQs: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#21

Oh, I am sorry to hear that.It is terrible. As earning a cent from Mylot is not that easy. But you are not the first one to complain about this. Some people said their balance becomes to be zero if they are not active here for a long time. If you are not satisfied with it, you can contact Mylot admin and see whether he/she is kind enough to return your earning:) I love China

Sorry I do not have the actual guideline available for reference but I've seen it discussed previously that one needs to be active to keep the numbers up. Once in a while is acceptable but I think a year is too long so sometimes numbers get reset. This works as an advantage for everyone as only so much can be awarded each day, so I do agree that the action is a good practice. I hope you enjoy your time once again and look forward to your discussions.
